Resilient Seated Gate Valves (Conform to BS 5163 Type B)
 

Advantages & Technical Features
 1. Inside screw non-rising stem wedge gate type.
 2. 12mm lead acme thread stem reduces turn to open & close the
     valve.
 3. Drop tight closure under full pressure.
 4. Low operating torque.
 5. The gate may be removed without removing the valve from the
     pipeline.
 6. Stem "O" ring seals can be replaced with the valve in the fully
    open position & under pressure.
 7. No seating recesses for gate maintain smooth, unobstructed waterway &
     eliminates the accumulation of debris.
 8. The straight through full bore will prevent pressure loss caused by turbulence.
 9. The fully EPDM vulcanise rubber gate gives excellent resistance to corrosion.
10. All valves are supplied with support feet.
11. Fusion bonded epoxy coated (350 microns) for protection against corrosion.

Operation & Control Mechanism
The valves are suitable for a variety of operation e.g. T-key or Ring key & bar, handwheel operation, manual gearing, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators.

Resilient Seated Butterfly Valves
 
 

TVT Ductile Iron Double Flange Butterfly Valves are conform to BS EN 593 with internal body resilient lining suitable for waterworks purposes.

Advantages & Technical Features
 1. Designed for Bi-directional flow, smooth function is ensured in operation and also
     during opening & closing.
 2. Low head loss and greatly discharged characteristics.
 3. It will provide positive tight shut off at the fully closed position (90 degrees) but also
    at an angular tightness of 5 degrees off the fully closed position.
 4. Eliminates the use of gaskets between the valve and adjoining pipe flanges.
 5. The valves are suitable for mounting in any position.
 6. Disc are available in various materials such as ductile iron nickel plated, aluminium
    bronze, stainless steel, titanium steel and carbon steel.
 7. Wide selection of materials, applicable for various medium.
 8. The gearing and bearings are protected by water tight enclosures permanently packed
    with grease.
 9. Lifting lugs are provided (350mm - 2000m) for easy lifting, handling & installation
    at site.
10. Opening and closing indicators are provided.
11. 600mm and above valves are supplied with support feet.
12. Cold applied high solid epoxy resin (350 microns) coated for protection against
     corrosion.

Wafer Check Valves
 

TVT twin door wafer check valve is an improved version of the conventional swing check and the single disc is split in two. By splitting the disc in two, the mass of the single disc is greatly reduced and so is the travel distance from open to shut off position. Further improvement results with torsion springs forcing the double disc to shut off with minimal flow reversal. This shut off characteristic greatly minimizes the slam potential as compared to the conventional swing check.

Features

 3. Two torsion springs are used excerting on each of the pair valve plates, which close
     the plates quickly and automatically.
 4. The quickly close action prevents the medium from flowing back and eliminates
     hammer effect.
 5. Safe and reliable in operation, high interference resistance.
 6. Low head loss.
 7. It is easily install between standard flanges with gaskets using only one set of flange
     studs.
 8. The valves are tightly sealed with no leakage under the pressure water test.
 9. Suitable for vertical or horizontal installation.
10. The face to face dimensions are in accordance with ISO5752-82.
11. Short face to face length enabling installation in restricted spaces not possible with
     conventional flanged check valves.
12. The connections dimensions of flanges are according to the standards of BS 10 Table
     E, BS4504 PN 10, PN 16 & JLS 10K.
